Shipping

All our goods are made to order. We try our best to have your order ready to ship within a week from purchase and will let you know if this is not possible. You can rest assured that we are, at all times, doing our best to complete your order in as timely a manner as possible. We will notify you once your order is complete and ready to ship.

For international orders we make use of the South African Post Office (SAPO), using Registered Mail and will provide you with a tracking number once we’ve posted your order. Delivery using this method usually takes up to 14 days to reach the destination country (this excludes customs clearance and local postal services). Please note that this is not a door-to-door service. You will receive a notification in the post informing you that your item has arrived and you will have to collect it from your nearest post office. You can also visit your nearest post office and ask them to track the progress of your parcel, using the tracking number we provide.

Please bear in mind that all goods entering a country passes through Customs first and this can sometimes cause a delay, which is out of our control.  In our experience, an average delivery can take between 14 to 21 days. We are able to track your parcel for you on our side, but can only provide basic information on the package, like when it left the country, and if the delivery was made. We will do our best to assist you from our side should you run into any issues.

For deliveries within South Africa, we use a door-to-door courier company called Fastway. Once they’ve collected from us, they take no more than 48 hours to deliver to all main centres. Deliveries to outlying areas take between 3 to 7 days, depending on where you are. Orders shipped on a Friday will arrive with you the following Monday.
