Custom Draining Tray: Can be used for draining and/or pressing moulds with or without bottoms, and fits perfectly into our Hardwood Cheese Press as well. Includes Grooved Insert: Insert placed into tray for draining and/or pressing moulds/hoops that are bottomless. Insert has small grooves allowing for drainage out the bottom of 'hoop' style moulds but still keeps curds inside the mould! Draining Tray washing instructions: hand wash in warm water. Do not wash in dishwasher. Insert Washing instructions: recommended hand wash, though ok to wash in dishwasher.
