All our goods are made to order. We do our best to have your order ready to ship within a week from purchase and will let you know if this is not possible. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, we’ll notify you via email. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays. Please be aware of our current working hours which have recently been changed to Tuesday – Thursday, 10am-3pm and all orders will go out during these days.
We charge a flat rate of R60 for deliveries within South Africa and if you spend R500 or more your delivery will be free. We use a door-to-door courier company called Fastway. Once they’ve collected from us, they take no more than 48 hours to deliver to all main centres. Deliveries to outlaying areas can take between 3 to 7 days, depending on where you are. For international orders we make use of DHL Express, which is a door-to-door courier service. They usually deliver within 2-4 business days, but delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. Each country has different laws and regulations around buying products from other countries. We try our best to keep up with the laws of all countries around the world, however they do change often and we cannot be 100% sure that we are up to date on them so please check with your customs office. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tarrifs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.
